Return to this breath, gently. OneZen is a free iPhone meditation app that keeps only what a quiet practice needs: a timer, breathing rhythm, guided sessions, ambient sound, meditation records, and a calm ending.

No account, no feed, no complicated program.

Open OneZen, choose a duration or a guided practice, and begin. Completed sessions are saved on device, and you can switch between stone, petal, tea room, and moon moods whenever the day asks for a different tone.

Timer and breath

Choose 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or set a custom 1-180 minute session with the same slow breathing orb.

Start with basic guidance, breath awareness, body scan, and a seven-day beginner flow.

Ambient sound

Use creek, waves, rain, wind, and other background sounds, or keep the session completely silent.

Every completed session saves its duration, time, and theme, with weekly and monthly review.

Your practice record stays on device.

OneZen requires no login, creates no account, and does not use ad tracking. Session totals, preferences, and supporter status are primarily stored on your device; optional background audio is streamed from cloud audio URLs when selected.
